How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Due to the artisanal nature of our hand-painted pieces, some items may require additional time for production before dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as final sale or custom-distressed pieces may not be eligible for return.

Are the paint splatters and distressing the same on every item?

No. Each piece is uniquely handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. Variations in color, distressing, and paint application are intentional and ensure that your garment is a one-of-a-kind work of art.

How should I wash my Gallery Dept. garments?

To preserve the integrity of the hand-applied graphics and vintage washes, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
