Returns & Exchanges

GALLERY DEPT. accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that vintage items and custom collaborations are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping packaging, ensuring all original tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our studio.
